Lsquared.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), under which the Intgen.ai brand operates, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We explain in this Privacy Statement how your personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded by our firm. This is being done with the intention to satisfy the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the law of 1st of August 2018.
Data Controller Information
Lsquared.ai s.à.r.l-s, located at 47 Route De Treves, Senningerberg, Luxembourg 2633. The firm operates under the brand Intgen.ai, and is the Controller for all activities that relate to the provision of Advisory Services and Solutions where such personal data is used for its own purposes.
What Personal Data We Collect and For Which Purposes
When you use a service, you may provide us with information about you. This may include your name and contact information, financial information to make or receive payment for services obtained through our platform. Depending upon our relationship with you, we collect the following categories and types of personal information from you:

Note: users of our solutions are responsible for the nature of the content that they upload. The uploading of personal data that one is not permitted to process is not prohibited. How We Share Your Data
Legal purposes
If required by law, we may share your data with law enforcement agencies or regulators.
Generative AI Partners
With Tier 1 LLM (large language models) for inference. Contractual guarantees are in place that personal data or queries are not being used to inadvertently train LLM models used. The information shared is limited to prompts that are made. Additionally, the prompts that are made in a de-correlated manner, such that LLM providers cannot identify which prompt was made on a nominative basis.
Service Providers
We employ service providers to perform Service-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management of our features). These Service providers include identity verification companies, security companies. These third parties have access to your Personal Information in order to perform these tasks on our behalf.
The service providers with whom your data will be shared include:
- Clerk: for authentication services (access control)
- Supabase: "Backend as a Service" (BaaS) platform developer suite (hosted in our servers in Europe)
International Data Transfers
Lsquared.ai uses cloud services that are hosted in Europe (Microsoft Azure).
- Clerk authentication services: your email address is shared with Clerk for authentication purposes. Clerk is self certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
- Supabase: a unique identifier (pseudonym) that relates to your identity is shared with Supabase for authentication purposes. Transfers of this unique identifier are governed by Standard Contractual Contracts where Transfer Impact Assessments are in place.
How We Secure Your Data
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our services are hosted in tier 1 servers in Europe, with strict access control, adopting the principle of least privilege. Lsquared.ai has put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
Data Retention
The following retention periods are being applied where we are responsible for the handling of your personal data:
- For existing clients: your personal data will be stored on our servers for a period of 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
- For prospective clients: your personal data will be purged from our servers for a period of 2 years after which there has been no exchange between yourself and Lsquared.ai.
- For information in relation to the duration of data - this information can be sourced from our cookie manager.
Your Rights
- Right of Access: Request access to your personal data.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability: where applicable, request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: Object to the processing of your data for direct marketing or other legitimate interests.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent (when given) at any time for processing that is based on consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint: directly to the competent supervisory authority - the Luxembourg Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données)
